In addition to the range of services offered by the IMCS Group of Companies and specialist knowledge that is available in house, it has been recognized that in a number of cases specialist assistance and support might be required. Therefore, the IMCS Group has further developed a unique concept which involves Affiliate Members.

Affiliate Members are companies which do not perform marine survey work as such, but who have specialist experience in specific niche markets in the marine industry such as containers, dangerous goods, marine and industry audits, shipbuilding, chemists, metallurgists etc…. With their specialist knowledge, they are able to assist IMCS Members and Associate Members in case expert assistance is required. On their turn, these companies can consult IMCS Members and Associate Members whenever they are in need of marine and survey related info which offers cross-fertilization possibilities and benefits.
