  Experience

  15 years at sea in all ranks up to and including master on general/ reefer, ships, bulk/car carriers. 15 years representative of international shipping conferences (i.e. NAFC, FEFC). 2 years personal adviser of the Minister of Transport in Saudi Arabia for safety and security in ports and on board Saudi Arabian ships.  Since 1985 Publicly appointed marine-& cargo surveyor with the German Chamber of Commerce. Reserve Officer of the German Navy (Captain GENR, Convoy Commodore), Trainer and adviser for “Naval Cooperation and Guidance of Merchant Shipping (Crisis management int. merchant navy)).
