  24 years experience as deck officer (including 8 years as Master worldwide trading). 4 years Fishery Operations Officer based Falkland Islands & Sierra Leone. 8 years surveyor, cargo superintendent and manager for general cargo, open hatch gantry and ro-ro vessels (including MoD operations). 3 years Consultancy London based for marine lawyers, P&I Clubs, underwriters, freight forwarders and owners, expert witness duties. 3 years steel terminal Operations Manager. 2 years self-employed prior to joining IMCS UK, expert witness duties.

  P&I condition and on/off hire survey, cargo condition/damage surveys, cargo loading and securing, draft/bunker surveys, steel, general, timber and forest produce, ro-ro, containers. Appointed surveyor to carry out ship inspections on behalf of Barbados Ship's Registry. Non-exclusive Surveyor for the Panama Bureau of Shipping.
